Winter July is over, August has already graced 2013 and what a year it has been so far. A new website, a newly built workshop & offices and making a WHOLE bunch of new friends. It's been an amazing 2013 so far and we've got a few more aces up our sleeve before the years end.
Thanks to everyone who has been a part of Mulbury so far this year, we've had a blast.
Entries for our current competition have been streaming in and we've had the pleasure of seeing some absolute gems. If you haven't submitted anything yet, get on board! There are 2 x $200 custom framing vouchers up for grabs.
Have a great weekend,
From all of us here at Mulbury.
Here are a couple of new entries for the comp, recent custom framing jobs & some brand spanking new products.
"This shot represents a moment where I forgot I was in an enclosed space,
a zoo. The sky and the giraffe felt infinite. Free" Jessica.
"This photo makes me feel lucky to live in such an awesome place and
reminds me of how wonderful Summer Time is" Georgia.
"In some strange way, it's calming to see one who is as untroubled and
unfazed by modern life in the way Dave the cat is..." John .
Great matt colour choice here. It's not all about the white wash frame!
Don't want the frame covering the edges of your painting? No problem!
Here is the shabang with a chunky frame around it.
We frame a bunch of Mandalas and we love them. But we'll never work out
which way to these hang. Ever.
Vinyl has always been cool here at Mulbury.
We've decided to spread the word about some of our favourite businesses & friends doing good things that hopefully help you guys out too.
With the best range of Melbournalia in the known universe, you’re bound to find something fabulous. Tea-Towels, Cushions, Bookends, Purses and Wallets, T-shirts, and so much more. Sylvia also runs a great facebook page Smith Street South featuring the great businesses at the southern most end of beautiful Smith St.
Shopsui are also our great neighbours at our Fitzroy store!
Here's how to get going:
After unpacking your planter, it is now ready for you to plant.
Use a dibbler or some sort of pointed timber or even an old knitting needle.
Our store in Highett is back open to its normal trading hours. Well done to all our fellow Victorians for getting through these tough times!
To celebrate, we're hosting a Free Exhibition in our Event and Gallery space in Highett this Saturday, November 14th, 2pm - 8pm.
