Hand cut glass cupboard knobs ready to add some colour to your kitchen. Much easier and cheaper than a paint job! Jazz up an old liquor cabinet or that set of drawers you found at a garage sale.These are made from REAL glass. Not plastic!

disappointed

I recently purchased two small( 55mm) glass knobs from your company at a cost of $2.50 and $14.98 postage and handling. I was sent extra small ( 35mm) and once I sent off an email ( on the 24th feb 2015) I thought this problem would be resolved. However I have not yet recieved an reply let alone got any resolution to this problem . I just wanted my money and postage and handling refunded or the correct size sent to me , but now i will be going through paypal disputes as I have not heard anything. I work in customer service and have never been treated like I dont exsist by any other australian company. the reason I bought from this company is I like to support australian buisness , but I will NOT be buying from this buisness ever again and will be sure to share my horrid experiance with friends and relatives.
