Cut-off dates for Christmas orders 2024

Online orders:
For orders placed via our website, we offer Australia Post (regular & express) Couriers Please, Star Track Express and Star Track Premium shipping options.
In order to receive your order by Christmas, please order by the below dates based on each service.
Website orders (standard size frames). Place by:
- Regular Post (Australia Post, Couriers please, Startrack)- 10th December
- Express Post / Startrack Premium – 16th December
Custom Frame orders. Place by:
- Regular Shipping (Australia Post, Couriers please, Startrack)- 1st December
- Express Post / Startrack Premium – 6th December.
For shipping to remote and rural areas of WA, SA, NT and QLD, we recommend placing your orders a little earlier than the dates above and choosing Star Track where available.
Our final deadline to place Custom Frame orders to receive by Christmas is:
Sunday, November 24th for orders being picked up from our store in Highett, Melbourne - Store open until Christmas Eve.
