General.

Are all of your products made from recycled products?

We use recycled materials as often as possible. Our timber picture frames made from 100% recycled local timbers of Eucalyptus trees such as Victorian Ash and Tasmanian Oak. Our metal, canvas and leather is also recycled as much as possible subject to availability.

Can I view your products prior to purchasing?

Yes! We are located at 26 Advantage Rd, Highett 3190.

Both places open to the public. Please note our Fitzroy store has limited stock.

 

Is there a warranty on Mulbury products?


All furniture has a 6-month warranty. We warrant all goods for a period of 6 months under normal usage, to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

 

Can I return my product if I change my mind?


If you have a change of heart, you are welcome to return your product to us within 7 days of receiving it, subject to the terms of our return policy. See terms and conditions.

 

Do your furniture products arrive flat packed or are they fully assembled?


Most of our products are despatched fully assembled or require only minor assembly. 

 

 Shipping.

 How much does shipping cost?

To calculate your delivery costs, please select your desired products and enter your state & postcode in the checkout screen.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the order and the delivery destination.

Please note that for addresses that require barge or off-mainland access, such as islands, there may be extra costs not shown at checkout.

Where can we deliver to?

We deliver all our products Australia-wide.
International shipping is also available. Please email us for a quote.
Please note that our carriers do not deliver furniture and home products to PO BOXES, so please ensure you give your full delivery address at checkout.

 

When will my order be shipped?

Most products are usually shipped within 72 hours of payment, and will be conveniently delivered to your home or office. 
Please note during peak periods October – December delays may occur.

When will I receive my order?

Deliveries take place Monday - Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.

We estimate that orders being delivered to Melbourne take 1 – 2 business days, Sydney and Adelaide take between 2-3 business days, and for Brisbane & Perth between 3-8 business days, and for the rest of Australia between 4-10 days.

 However, please allow up to 10 business days for all deliveries.

How will my order be delivered?

We use carriers that are both convenient and cost-effective, including Australia Post, Couriers Please, The Melbourne Courier Company and BHF Couriers. We are confident that we offer the best value shipping rates in Australia.

Our couriers offer a door-to-door service, so please ensure that there will be someone available at the nominated delivery address to sign for your items and receive the delivery.
The service our couriers provide does not include taking the items inside, upstairs or in lifts, placement or removal of packaging.   


** OVERSIZE ITEMS: Drivers will need assistance to carry items from the vehicle to the ground floor door of your home or building for any items designated as oversize (over 25kgs per box), as per OH&S requirements. To find out if your items are oversize, please see the Overview & Specifications section on the product page. For delivery addresses that have limited access or are not on the ground floor, we suggest getting the help of family, friends or a neighbour to assist bringing your items inside. If no one is available to assist the driver, please contact us at hello@mulbury.com.au and we will be happy to advise if an assisted delivery could be arranged for your order at an extra cost.

For premium services that include a two-man delivery service, carrying and placement inside, and/or assembly, please contact us for a quote in advance of ordering.


Do I have to be home to receive my order?

For items sent with Australia Post, if you are not available to accept delivery, the driver will leave a card at your premises and your order will be taken to the nearest Auspost centre for you to collect. Australia Post will also not be able to change any delivery information, including the delivery address or add an Authority to Leave, once the item has been dispatched.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details, and instructions for how to track your order if tracking is available. For any queries relating to tracking, please email hello@mulbury.com.au

 

Frames.

How to install, hang and stand your picture frames: 

How much of my picture will I lose behind the picture frame window?

Each side of the picture will lose about 5 - 7mm. As our picture frames are hand made from recycled materials we experience a small variance in size. 

I just received some amazing picture frames but I am unsure how to hang them up?

Some of our smaller timber picture frames come with a small metal clip. To attached these clips follow these steps:

 

I just received some amazing picture frames but I am unsure how to stand them up?

Only our ‘Original’ frames up to the size of A4 have a freestanding option. With your frames you would have received some thin timber squares. These timber squares slot into the groove’s in the back of the timber frame. It may be a little tight so be sure to press firmly. Once the timber square is in the groove your picture frame is ready to sit free standing on your desk, bedside table or wherever you choose to place it!

 

I didn’t receive any acrylic (perspex) with my order?

Our perspex is wrapped in brown paper to avoid any scratches while it is on its way to you. Open up your frame and remove the backing board and your perspex should be inside with the words ‘please peel’ written on it. Peel back the brown paper on each side and you will have a clear piece of perspex ready for your frame.

 

I just received some amazing picture frames and the glass has broken during shipping. What should I do?

If you picture frames sizes are 8” x 6” or smaller email us and we will gladly send you out some replacement glass. If your picture frames are sizes 8” x 10”, A4 or larger we offer and recommend an acrylic option to avoid breakage of glass while shipping. If you chose the glass option for these sizes unfortunately Mulbury do not cover replacement glass and we recommend you have the glass replaced at a local glazier which should not cost too much. Or we can send you a piece of perspex for your frame for an additional cost.

 

My picture frame was damaged while in transit, what should I do?

Please email us some photos of the damaged products asap and we will advise within 2 business days on how to proceed with any repairs, refunds or replacements required.
