DEADLINES TO ORDER IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS!

Below are some guidelines for our deadlines for your orders to be received in time for Christmas. It's important to note this is just a guide. Unexpected events can occur to increase shipping delays such as flooding which has impacted shipping times in recent months. 

It's also possible that if you are after these deadlines that you still receive your order in time, it is just a little more risky. 

Our lead time on custom frames is currently around 3 weeks. In some cases it can be quicker if you have ordered fairly simply frames and in some cases slightly longer if you have ordered more complex frames.

For standard size frames ordered on our website, we offer both Couriers Please, Star Track and Star Track Premium for shipping. We recommend using Star Track where possible, and for delivery within 1-2 business days, Star Track Premium is our express service. Keep in mind we have a handing time of 1-4 business days, depending on whether we have your order in stock.
